Cosmic Electronics is an official UK authorised service centre for Pioneer DJ and AlphaTheta. We repair and service CDJ and XDJ players under warranty and out of warranty, using genuine parts and approved test procedures, with nationwide coverage.

What our service includes

Button tests, LCD testing, LED testing, POT and fader testing, USB A and USB B (MIDI) port testing, network port testing and disc drive reading, ejecting and accepting tests (if applicable). We test the audio and digital outputs, replace the play and cue switches (if applicable), and strip, clean and lubricate the jog wheel. The unit is then cleaned before collection or delivery. Faulty parts are replaced with genuine Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta parts.
